The Cleantech Leaders Roundtable (CTLR) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Collect

When you apply for membership or contact us, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, location, professional title, company or organization, payment information necessary to process membership fees, and responses to any questions included in the application form. We may also automatically collect limited technical data such as IP address and browser type when you visit our site.

How We Use It

We use your information as necessary to evaluate membership applications, fulfill membership services, process payments, and communicate with you about CTLR events and programs including member newsletters and announcements. You may opt out of receiving communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or by contacting us directly. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Processors

Membership applications and payments are processed through EveryAction, a platform provided by Bonterra. EveryAction handles form submissions and payment data on our behalf and maintains its own privacy and security practices, which are governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Bonterra's privacy policy at bonterratech.com. The form also uses FastAction, an autofill feature from Bonterra that may recognize you and pre-populate your contact information based on prior interactions with other websites that use Bonterra tools.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward for administrative purposes.

Your Rights
